I bought a crochet pattern or download. Where can I find the file?

After your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. You can download the file directly using this link.

You can also always find your files in your account on the website under your orders.

I cannot find the download email

First, check your spam or junk email folder. Sometimes the email ends up there.

May I share the crochet pattern with others?

The crochet patterns are for personal use only.

Therefore, you may not:

forward them to others

share them online

sell or distribute them

Of course, you may show off your crocheted creations, I actually love that!

I can't open my download. What should I do?

Sometimes a download is in a ZIP file. This is a folder in which multiple files are packaged together.

Before you can use the files, you must first extract the ZIP file.

On a computer:

Download the ZIP file.

Right-click on the file.

Choose Unpack or Extract.

A new folder with the files will appear.

Then you can open or print the files.

On phone or tablet:
Most devices automatically extract a ZIP file. If not, you can use a free app to extract the file.

May I sell my crocheted item?

Yes, you may!
You may sell the crocheted products you make using my patterns, as long as they are handmade and in small quantities.

The pattern itself remains the property of De Hippe Uil and may not be copied or distributed.

How many times can I download the pattern?

You can download your purchase multiple times via the download link or through your account. This way, you can always retrieve the file again if needed.

I'm stuck on the pattern. What can I do?
